Facility Use Request (FUR)

Read the following guideline for requesting use of facility.

1. Please submit the Facility Use Request (FUR) to request use of building space at CU or event or meetings outside of the regular CU ministry and operations.
2. Please submit proposal at least 4 weeks in advance. Approval is not guaranteed.
4. The approval process might take up to 1 week or longer depending on the scale of the request.
5. A love offering is suggested in exchange of using the building space.
6. Should there be any changes, or cancellations, please email office@churchunstoppable.com as soon as possible. Thank you!

If my request is approved, I agree to observe all protocols for facility use including but not limited to cleaning and closing procedures of Church Unstoppable. I will ensure that all attendees observe policies and procedures of the facility while in their premises.
