Read the following guideline for project proposal and/or funding requests.
1. Please submit the C.U. Project Proposal form for any event or ministry activities. Prior approval is required before making any purchase. After you click submit below, the completed form is emailed to
office@churchunstoppable.com and CC
marylois@churchunstoppable.com.

Please submit proposal at least 14 days prior to your event to allow ample time for review/approval, promotion, and successful planning. Incomplete proposals may cause delays with approval of your proposals.3. We highly recommend sending your
proposals by Sunday because all
proposals received within the week are reviewed the following week, on Mondays.
4. The approval process might take up to 1 week or longer depending on the scale of the project.
5. Event
proposals with funding requests might take longer than 1 week depending on the amount requested. Funds will be transferred via Pex Card if you have one on hand. If not, finance department will coordinate with you accordingly.
6. Should there be any changes or cancellations, please contact email the church office as soon as possible. Thank you!
